Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery

  • We ship all orders within the United States.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier, and while we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@melouraco.com. with a photo of the damage.

  • We will work with you to replace the damaged item or provide a refund.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages once the carrier has marked them as delivered.
