Returns
We accept returns on unused and unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact hello@melouraco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Please include a clear photo of the damaged item when reaching out so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
